You will need a dime and a flex-edge beater.

Make sure to completely unplug the stand mixer before getting started.

Place the dime into bowl and install the flat beater. Plug the stand mixer and set speed to 1. To see whether the dime gently move with each rotation.

Locate the height adjustment screw on the mixer.

Turn the screw clockwise to raise the bowl, or counter-clockwise to lower it
